The big machine that crushes up the pavement so it can be mixed and put down again, was right outside our yard the other night because they are paving the main steet down through town. Was a pretty awesome machine.

Happy Birthday David !!

My husband had his 57th Birthday this past week, and we celebrated with Cherry and Blueberry Cheescake and he blew out all the candles !! Whew !! Happy Birthday Dear !

April Showers ??

Showers in the form of SNOW...this is what we woke up to this morning, more snow ! But coming home tonight most of the snow is gone and the sun was shining ! Warmer weather is on the way, hopefully soon !

Moose in the Area and Calving Time

Moose in our area tonight and it is baby calf season in our area too. Being raised on a farm, I love this time of year and watching them in the pastures all around us !

In Memoriam of Gary Marc Farwell

Chief Warrant Officer 3 Gary Marc Farwell was on a routine training mission when their UH-60 Black Hawk crashed into the woods northeast of Mannheim, Germany on February 3, 2010. Gary and two other military personnel were killed in the helicopter crash. I met Gary and his family in October 2009 when they were home for family pictures, of which I was able to be a part of. Gary was laid to rest Saturday here in Idaho, and I was again honored to take pictures of a very emotional and moving ceremony with full military rights.
