Yummies !!

I love this time of year...12 pints of End of the Season Pickles. This is new to me, but I had to find something to use up garden stuff (zuchinni spears, carrot spears, onions, green & red peppers in a yummy apple cidar vinegar juice) They sure smelled good while cooking.. AND  15 pints of homemade salsa...Was a good productive Saturday !!

..16 pints of pickled beets, 20 pints of zuchinni relish, not pictured of 8 quarts of refrigerator pickles and 6 quarts pickles beans ...
